This project consisted of a complete interior renovation on the existing Youth Clinic medical office to create the premier pediatric office of Northern Colorado.  The project was constructed in seven different phases to allow for continuous occupancy. Included in the scope of work was a remodeled front entry with a new store front, stone, stucco and vestibules, high efficiency windows, ADA compliant restrooms, six new high efficient furnaces, new roof, new flooring and painting, upgraded lighting, and new casework throughout. Through the creative design of VFLA and the use of specialty materials, finishes, and craftsmanship techniques, this project has an inviting and yet exciting flair.

Project Details

This existing one-story medical office space was modified to accommodate Greeley Medical Clinic’s oncology and rheumatology programs. The project consisted of renovations on the existing 8,200 SF (originally built in the 1950s) and the addition of 1,400 new SF that includes the center’s lobby, reception desk and waiting area. The new space mirrors the Prairie Style elements of the original space such as wide, low roof overhangs, ribbon windows, and native stone base.

The building was completely gutted and rebuilt to include brand new windows, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and interior finishes.  11 exam rooms, a 20-patient-capacity infusion wing and an outdoor healing garden were created. Elements of nature are integrated into the new design to create a peaceful, comfortable atmosphere for patients.

“I would recommend Brinkman Construction as a valued construction partner. They performed to our highest standards and we look forward to working with them again.”

Project Details

This project consisted of an initial 3,475 SF medical tenant improvement later followed by a 4,000 SF addition to Front Range ENT & Audiology’s office space in St. Michael’s Square.  The first phase of work included three exam rooms, two procedure rooms, a sound booth, and an allergy room.  The second phase expansion allowed the client to better serve existing patients while providing the space to increase the overall services offered. Construction included the addition of six offices, eight exam/treatment rooms, restrooms, a retail space for hearing aids and diagnostic testing, and a new waiting and children’s area.

Great care was taken to complete the second phase of the project on schedule while not disrupting the clinic’s ongoing business.

Brinkman also constructed the core and shell for buildings 4 and 5 at St. Michael’s Town Square.  These buildings are situated in a pedestrian-oriented town center development designed to mimic the look and feel of an authentic town square.  The mixed-use buildings are positioned around a central amphitheater and park area.  Each unit within the development is designed with a unique facade incorporating various materials and paint schemes that create an appearance of individual buildings.

“I have had the pleasure of working with Brinkman Partners on several projects.  Throughout the construction of each project, they demonstrated a commitment to providing a quality product, paying attention to detail while coordinating all aspects of the work. The result:  beautifully constructed buildings.  Their capabilities, knowledge of the medical field and relationships with the local trades made each project a great success.  Their excellent management of these projects allowed us to continue to see patients and conduct our business.”
