DENVER, CO, October 8, 2013: Denver's fast-growing River North neighborhood is getting another project with groundbreaking this week of the Drive 2 office building at the 20-acre Taxi mixed-use development.
Zeppelin Development's building at 3459 Ringsby Court will rise four stories, with 60,000 square feet of space.
"There is strong demand for 'new generation' workspaces, not just among small entrepreneurial companies but among midsize and large companies, as well," said company principal Kyle Zeppelin. "The original Drive building opened fully leased, and Drive 2 is beginning to attract similar interest."
Zeppelin said tenants will be able to work directly with the architect and construction team to design their space for specific needs.
Financing is being provided by U.S. Bank. The building's design is by Stephen Dynia Architects, and the contractor is Brinkman Construction.
