Neighbors living near the Oakridge Business Park will get a look at revised plans for an apartment complex for lower-income seniors in south Fort Collins Thursday night.
The city will host a neighborhood meeting at Council Tree Covenant Church, 4825 S. Lemay Ave. Nearly a year after its first neighborhood meeting, plans for Oakridge Crossing, 4706 McMurry Ave., look much different.
After neighbors objected to the structure's height and placement within a business park, developer McDermott Properties Inc. of Englewood lopped off one story, decreased the number of apartments and added 5,000 square feet of commercial office space on the ground floor to better blend with the business park.
If approved, Brinkman Construction will be the project's general contractor.
