Job Opening - Marketing Coordinator

Brinkman/Brinkman Construction is seeking a motivated, energetic, and team-oriented Marketing Coordinator. This position will support the operations of the Marketing & Communications Department and require a diverse marketing and communications background with experience in graphic design, written communication, and online marketing. The desired individual will have a commitment using marketing and communication to be a steward of a strong corporate culture. This position will present an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to support our companies’ fast-paced and innovative business environment.  Overall, the Marketing Coordinator will aid in the execution of a variety of internal and external marketing initiatives and deliverables.

Reports to: Director of Marketing & Communications

Position Type & Expected Work Hours: This is a full-time position requiring occasional evening & weekend hours as job duties demand.

Location: Fort Collins, Colo.

Qualifications & Essential Functions:

  • Coordinate day-to-day efforts managed through the Marketing & Communications Department
  • Lead graphic design of print and online advertisements, brochures, signage, and other promotional/collateral materials
  • Develop proposals and reports within tight deadlines using Adobe Creative Suite
  • Provide upkeep of marketing pieces including, but not limited to, resumes, project profiles, brochures, signage, presentations, and promotional materials
  • Manage upkeep of company websites throughout multiple content management systems
  • Manage multiple social media channels and calendars
  • Coordinate outside vendors for marketing-related requests
  • Support internal company and external sponsored events
  • Support internal and external written communication
  • Must have current driver’s license, valid for the past consecutive 12 months
  • Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
  • Background checks are part of our hiring process

Experience Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Real estate industry marketing experience a plus
  • Strong graphic design background and experience in Adobe Creative Suite (required)
    • Required experience in Adobe InDesign, PhotoShop, and Illustrator
    • Specific experience in Adobe InDesign with a good understanding of using master pages and styles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with video editing a plus
  • Strong digital marketing and social media knowledge including proficiency with related marketing software
  • Experience with website content management systems
  • Demonstrated ability for accuracy, thoroughness, and quality control
  • Confident and motivated personality that is driven by a desire to create strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Team oriented with the ability to collaborate with others
  • Ability to be forward thinking
  • Efficient learner committed to quickly learning about our companies and industries
  • Proficiencywith Microsoft Office (specifically, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)


  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communication, journalism, graphic design, or a related field
