The new ownership group saw this as a strong property with an ideal location. The company is continually looking for high-quality investment assets to deploy investor capital. It will serve as a great addition to their expanding real estate portfolio.
The property was purchased for $1,808,420 from Building One Oakridge, LLC. Josh Guernsey and Kevin Brinkman of Brinkman Partners brokered the transaction.
