GREELEY, CO, June 3, 2014: Ground has officially been broken on the Greeley Breeze Thru Car Wash. The project’s owners, construction team and others close to the project gathered for an onsite ceremony at 3417 West 28th Street to celebrate the start of construction. The project is anticipated to be completed in early November 2014.
This family-owned business marks the fourth Breeze Thru for brother-sister duo John and Andrea Agnew, who also own and operate Breeze Thru locations in Fort Collins, Longmont and Cheyenne, Wyoming.
Brinkman Construction is building the $4.7 million facility. They also worked with the Agnews to construct their Longmont location which was completed in November of 2012.
Their latest facility includes a state-of-the-art express speed tunnel concept. With this technology, vehicles are pushed through the conveyor by rollers allowing for several cars to be washed simultaneously as opposed to stationary car washes that only wash one at a time.
The Greeley Breeze Thru will offer a full-service option including an exterior wash and an express interior cleaning. Separate express detailing services include hand wax, carpet cleaning and seat cleaning. Complimentary vacuums will provide customers with even more convenience. No matter which service is selected, customers should be in and out of the car wash in less than 10 minutes.
John and Andrea began looking for a Greeley location in 2008 and settled on this site two years ago. They have spent the past two years extensively educating themselves on this version of a full-service car wash, of which there are less than 20 throughout the United States. This location will staff 25 employees.
The Agnew’s history with car washes dates back to 1988 when John first got in the business. Since then, he has been a part of 11 car washes. Andrea has been in the business since 1995 and this marks her ninth car wash. They are dedicated to providing customers with quality service, speed and value.
