FORT COLLINS, CO, February 25, 2013: Brinkman Partners is excited to announce the opening of their new commercial brokerage and development office in Old Town Fort Collins. The new office is located within The Museum Building at 201 South College Avenue.
The downtown space will serve as a true satellite office for the commercial brokerage arm of Brinkman Partners which will focus on leasing, sales, investment acquisitions and looking for development opportunities. This will allow the team to further enhance their activity, expertise and operations in one of the most thriving areas of Northern Colorado real estate.
Over the last 24 months, Brinkman has demonstrated a significant presence in Old Town through listing high-profile properties such as Block 23, 204 Maple Street (a.k.a. Penny Flats) and 221 East Mountain (a.k.a. The Goodyear Building). They recently brokered the sales of the Beach House Grill at 125 South College, the Kings Auto site at 203 West Mulberry and the leasing of the Goodwill Building at 320 Walnut Street.
The Museum Building was an ideal space for their new office in that Brinkman Partners purchased the building in August of 2012 and is handling all of the leasing and property management. With that acquisition and their enhanced Old Town roots, they are demonstrating their overall commitment to the positive development of the area.
“The volume of opportunities in Old Town is poised to see significant growth in the next five years. We are committed to facilitating that development and ensuring that existing and future tenants and owners in that area are informed and involved in that process. We are looking forward to preserving the history while being a part of the exciting progression of downtown Fort Collins,” said Josh Guernsey, managing broker and partner at Brinkman Partners.
The new office is on the second floor of the building overlooking Oak Street Plaza. As of this week, it is officially open.
