FORT COLLINS, CO, May 19, 2014: Brinkman Partners has officially broken ground on their latest integrated-services project, Old Town Flats.
This five-story apartment complex is located on the northeast corner of Mason Street and Maple Street, on the largest undeveloped land parcel in Old Town Fort Collins. The complex will offer a fitness center, private parking, lounge and coffee bar. Old Town Flats will include 94 apartments: 16 studios, 54 one-bedroom and 24 two-bedroom units.
The site’s proximity to the MAX bus rapid transit line was a driving factor in its selection. Old Town Flats will offer renters luxury finishes, downtown convenience and low-maintenance living.
The project is another great example of Brinkman’s integrated model at work. It is being developed by Brinkman Partners and the Woodbury Corporation, built by Brinkman’s construction division and leased and managed by the company’s real estate management division.
The groundbreaking included Brinkman and Woodbury team members as well as project consultants from OZ Architecture, Northern Engineering, KL&A, Inc, Given and Associates and Russell + Mills Studios.
Old Town Flats is scheduled for completion in Spring 2015. Pre-leasing will begin this Fall.
