Fort Collins, CO, January 14, 2015: Brinkman Partners has moved into their new corporate headquarters, Fuse on Harmony. Located within Harmony Technology Park at 3528 Precision Drive, they occupy the entire first floor of the 30,600 square foot building.
The two-story, Class A office building is centered on innovation and collaboration. The space incorporates expansive windows and a modern industrial design with black, white and wood accents. The company’s focus on an innovative workplace culture and high productivity is enhanced through the creation of the open office layout which supports effective workflow and communication.
Creative communal areas include a kitchen/rec room and roll-up garage doors that lead to an outdoor “conference room” with a patio, grilling area and pergola. Convening areas blend a mix of formal conference rooms and informal meeting spaces.
The new headquarters supports the strategic growth the company has undergone since their inception. They currently staff over 110 employees throughout their integrated real estate model which provides construction, development, commercial brokerage and real estate management services.
Each of Brinkman’s service groups played a role in the delivery and continued property support of Fuse on Harmony.
“Fuse on Harmony is the epitome of the company that Kevin and I envisioned 10 years ago. The building promotes a level of creative thinking and collaboration that provide clients with the highest level of service. At the same time, we wanted to create a space that supports our strong company culture and allows us to retain and attract the region’s top professional talent,” said Brinkman Partners CEO and co-founder, Paul Brinkman.
Started in 2005 by brothers Kevin and Paul Brinkman, Brinkman Partners focuses on aligning all areas of real estate in a manner that creates efficiencies and tangible value for clients.
The second floor of the building is available for lease. With its location directly west of the new Banner Health Care campus and within the continually expanding Harmony Technology Park, it provides an attractive spot for medical-oriented, tech or office users.
The overall design focuses on sustainable building and living through the integration of an employee fitness room, environmentally sensitive and low maintenance materials, indoor bike parking, an electric car charging station and increased exterior and interior shading for optimized climate control.
“The entrepreneurially spirit of our company and our team is seen throughout Fuse. We feel fortunate to have been able to build a space that encourages new-age workplaces and our untraditional approach to real estate services,” said Brinkman president and co-founder, Kevin Brinkman.
