FORT COLLINS, CO, January 15, 2014: Six years after constructing their current building, Brinkman Partners is moving forward with the company’s new corporate headquarters. Located within the burgeoning Harmony Technology Park, the new office will be located at the northwest corner of Lady Moon Drive and Precision Drive in Fort Collins.
With the growth the company has experienced throughout each of their service areas, the new headquarters will accommodate their expanding infrastructure and increased staff. They will relocate from their current space in the Harmony One building at 3003 East Harmony Road.
The new Brinkman headquarters will consist of a 30,600 square foot, two-story Class A building. Brinkman will occupy the entire 15,000 square foot first floor and the second floor will be available to other office users. With its location directly west of the new Banner Health Care campus, it’s likely to be an attractive spot for medical-oriented users.
The look and feel of the building will incorporate the innovation emphasized throughout Brinkman’s corporate culture. An outdoor patio with a roll-up garage door will create an indoor/outdoor space to be utilized for company and client gatherings. As a whole, the building will feature an open-air look with expansive exterior windows and natural lighting throughout. The design will focus on sustainable elements and green building.
“Our new headquarters will produce a collaborative environment that fosters outside-of-the-box thinking and showcases the progressive construction concepts that we have come to be known for,” remarked Jim Ciesla, President of Brinkman’s construction division.
Founded in 2005 by brothers Kevin and Paul Brinkman, Brinkman Partners has grown from five original employees to a company of over 80. Centered on a full-service, integrated real estate model, they provide five core services: construction, development, commercial brokerage, real estate management and capital markets.
Throughout the expansion of their model, they have been fortunate to hire some of the industry’s strongest talent and build relationships with some of Colorado’s best companies.
“We couldn’t be more excited to be in a position to provide a new and innovative workplace for our company while further solidifying our ability to help clients throughout Northern Colorado and up and down The Front Range. We are committed to this community and enthusiastic for the opportunities that are ahead of us,” said Brinkman principal and co-founder Kevin Brinkman.
They will utilize their internal departments to develop the property, construct the building and lease the second floor space. The company originally saw the value of this particular site through their knowledge of it from their ongoing partnership with MAVDevelopment, the site’s developer. As Harmony Technology Park continued to develop, Brinkman determined that this was an ideal location inclusive of great access, a progressive atmosphere and a strong neighboring business base.
“This is a great opportunity for both Brinkman and MAVD to present a Class A office development in Harmony Technology Park,” commented Rob Aldrich, President of MAVD.
Brinkman Partners will break ground on the project in the first quarter and occupy the space in the fourth quarter of this year.
