Fort Collins, CO, August 14, 2014: Brinkman Partners has hired Kyle Chism to bolster their operational capabilities in Metro Denver and Boulder County. Chism will join Pete Meyer as a Vice President of Business Development.
Together, they will maintain and build construction and development relationships and opportunities. Brinkman has been developing and building in the Metro Denver and Boulder County markets for several years. Projects in these areas include the award-winning Drive 1 office building in RiNo’s TAXI development, the build-out of the Eldon James BioMed Corporate Headquarters off I-70 and Havana Street, the extensive interior remodel of the Denver West Endoscopy Center in Lakewood, the LEED Gold certified Hampton Inn & Suites in north Boulder and the $20 million Plaza on Broadway redevelopment project across from the University of Colorado campus.
Chism’s addition will position Brinkman Partners to provide added value and capacity for their current and future client base. He and Meyer will grow and implement opportunities that align with the company’s short and long-term goals.
Kyle has nearly 20 years of industry experience including an extensive construction and development background. His resume includes roles as preconstruction manager, director of construction and director of business development. He also started a consulting company that assists with traditional building projects as well as temporary venue events. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Architecture & Planning with an emphasis in Construction Management from the University of Colorado.
