Investment Group Purchases Loveland Shopping Center

LOVELAND, CO, April 1, 2013: A Loveland shopping center has just sold and will undergo significant improvements. 29th Street Plaza, located at 216-288 East 29th Street in the heart of Loveland, has been purchased by 29th Street Plaza, LLC. The buyer is an investment group assembled and managed by Fort Collins-based Brinkman Partners.

This two-building, multi-tenant retail complex is comprised of 36,990 total SF. The center is currently 85% occupied by tenants including Subway, Curves, Papa John’s Pizza, Fantastic Sams and Tran’s Martial Arts and Fitness Center.

The new ownership group plans to make major improvements to 29th Street Plaza over the next six to 12 months geared toward the benefit of the center and the Loveland community.

The property was purchased for $3.1 million from East 29th Street Holdings, LLC.  Josh Guernsey and Kevin Brinkman of Brinkman Partners brokered the transaction.
