DENVER, CO, June 19, 2013: Brinkman Construction was recently selected and is underway on an extensive build-out for Eldon James BioMed. Located at 10325 East 47th Avenue in Denver, the existing building is approximately 75,000 SF.
The project will include a 20,000 SF warehouse storage, shipping/receiving and packaging area with four overhead cranes as well as 40,000 SF for manufacturing. The facility is being constructed to accommodate equipment for molding injections and intrusions. It will also incorporate 14,000 SF of class 7 10,000 PPM clean rooms for the manufacture of their products for life sciences, bioprocess, biomedical, pharmaceutical and similar critical-use applications.
The building was purchased by Eldon James in 2012 and will serve as the company’s US Corporate Headquarters. They are already operating in the second floor office space while Brinkman completes the balance of the build-out. The project is scheduled for completion in early September.
Eldon James was founded in 1987. They manufacture a wide range of standard and custom hose fittings and extruded plastic tubing, formed tubing and high-quality clamps. Their products serve a broad spectrum of international market sectors including transportation, automotive, medical device, water purification and industrial.
