Paul is cofounder and partner of Brinkman Partners. His past experience as a Project Manager, Vice President of Healthcare, and Chief Operating Officer for one of Northern Colorado's largest design/build and development companies, has given him the experience to lead Brinkman Partners into a new generation of real estate services. He is a graduate of the University of Colorado with a degree in Civil and Structural Engineering. After completing his degree, he spent two years in Dallas working as a Structural Engineer and was enrolled in the College of Business at Southern Methodist University where he successfully attained his certificate of finance. Paul is responsible for the leadership and operational success of the company, including providing an environment that supports employee fulfillment and positive morale, delivering high quality and safe projects to clients, creating and managing existing collaborative relationships with clients and subcontractors, developing and maintaining effective operational processes and procedures to ultimately ensure the overall success of projects and of the company.

Josh is a broker specializing in investment transactions in Northern Colorado. Josh began his career working with a regional commercial real estate firm based in Denver, Colorado, where he provided market based studies, asset valuation, and feasibility consulting to investors, developers, lenders, and municipalities. Josh went on to work with ProLogis, a leading global provider of distribution facilities and world renowned real estate investment trust. In his post at Brinkman Partners, Josh has established a strong track record of successful investment, development and consulting projects.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Colorado and a dual master's degree in Real Estate Finance and Construction Management at the University of Denver. He is also a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). Josh provides comprehensive real estate brokerage, development, and consulting services. 

His responsibilities include providing complex financial modeling and feasibility analysis for development projects, investment transactions, and relocation cost analysis for local, regional, national, and multinational firms. His role also includes strategic structuring of joint venture partnerships, procurement of debt and equity capital and the pursuit of public/private partnerships.

Jake began his real estate career in Sacramento, California, working with a national investment sale and capital markets firm. There, he presented acquisitions opportunities to buyers and introduced numerous capital sources to clients selling properties throughout the United States. From there, he went on to work with a regional investment sales and consulting group in Portland where he represented commercial investment property buyers and sellers.

Prior to joining Brinkman as a broker, she was an intern with the company for over a year. In that time, she had the opportunity to be involved with a variety of commercial transactions and was a key component in the team’s marketing and research efforts. Shannon is a recent graduate of Colorado State University and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate. She also has a minor in Spanish. Kate is Brinkman Partner’s Marketing Manager.   She has over 8 years of experience in corporate communications, advertising, and integrated marketing.  Through her previous role with one of the nations’ largest commercial real estate firms, she has a depth of experience in industry trends, strategic target audience acquisition, and the utilization of innovative marketing strategies.  Prior to that, she worked for Denver’s largest independently-owned advertising agency as well as in the Colorado State University Media Relations department.  Kate is a graduate of Colorado State University with a bachelor’s degree in Speech Communication and a minor in History. She also has her master’s degree in Advertising Management from the University of Denver.  She is responsible for the company’s overall marketing and oversees branding, property collateral, advertising, website development, internal and external presentations, and media relations.

Pete is Brinkman Partner’s Vice President of Business Development.  He has over 21 years of business management experience and 10 years in specific commercial real estate marketing and development experience across multiple property types including office, industrial, retail, hospitality and residential.. His prior work includes serving as a principal and Senior Vice President of Development for Saxa Inc. in Scottsdale, Arizona. There, he was instrumental in their development of more than 5 million square feet of office condo, retail, and mixed-use projects across the country.  Pete earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Richmond.  He is responsible for managing continued company growth and profitability through project pursuit, ongoing customer relationship management, and providing solutions for commercial projects of varying sizes and scope in the Colorado market.
