Josh is a broker specializing in investment transactions in Northern Colorado. Josh began his career working with a regional commercial real estate firm based in Denver, Colorado, where he provided market based studies, asset valuation, and feasibility consulting to investors, developers, lenders, and municipalities. Josh went on to work with ProLogis, a leading global provider of distribution facilities and world renowned real estate investment trust. In his post at Brinkman Partners, Josh has established a strong track record of successful investment, development and consulting projects.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Colorado and a dual master's degree in Real Estate Finance and Construction Management at the University of Denver. He is also a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). Josh provides comprehensive real estate brokerage, development, and consulting services. 

His responsibilities include providing complex financial modeling and feasibility analysis for development projects, investment transactions, and relocation cost analysis for local, regional, national, and multinational firms. His role also includes strategic structuring of joint venture partnerships, procurement of debt and equity capital and the pursuit of public/private partnerships.

Jake is a highly-experienced commercial broker with a depth of industry knowledge. He specializes in providing brokerage services to owners, tenants, and investors.

Jake began his real estate career in Sacramento, California, working with a national investment sale and capital markets firm. There, he presented acquisitions opportunities to buyers and introduced numerous capital sources to clients selling properties throughout the United States. From there, he went on to work with a regional investment sales and consulting group in Portland where he represented commercial investment property buyers and sellers.

He has a bachelor's degree in Economics from St. John's University and master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota, Mankato.

Heather is a commercial and residential real estate broker specializing in building lasting relationships while representing owners, tenants, and investors in Northern Colorado.

After attending Augustana College in Sioux Falls South Dakota, Heather relocated to Fort Collins and has been a member of the Northern Colorado business community for the last 20 years. She had over 15 years of sales and marketing experience prior to beginning her real estate career in 2010. She joined Brinkman Partners in early 2013.

Heather has been an active volunteer in the local community dedicating time and resources to several local nonprofits including; United Way, Fort Collins Board of Realtors and Respite Care where she served on the sustainable funding team for 6 years and led the development team as Development Director in her last year with the organization.

Heather is a member of NAR, CAR and FCBR. She holds her CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert) Designation and is currently pursuing her CCIM designation.

Greg is an experienced real estate broker who specializes in providing commercial real estate brokerage services to owners and tenants across the Northern Colorado region.

Greg's brokerage experience includes representing Northern Colorado tenants such as Alphagraphics, Safesite, 3 Margaritas, Dazbog Coffee, Pure Barre Fitness, The Spice and Tea Exchange, Hair Tree Salon, TLC Payroll, Computer Doctors, and Cambria Suites. Greg recently represented Safesite owner Skip McIntosh on the purchase of a 13,000 square foot facility formerly occupied by U.S. Reports, Inc.

Greg’s educational achievements include a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Iowa and master’s degree in Real Estate Finance from The University of Denver. Greg was a two-time winner of the Academic Achievement Award while at the University of Denver and finished with a 3.92 GPA. Greg is also a CCIM Candidate and member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
